[ct-user] ctwin still won't run

Here is a new one... I installed ctwin, the installation went fine,
nice picture of K1AR and K1EA...

Then I installed the winsock32 update because I was getting that error
message, that seemed to go OK also...

Now the message box I get when I try to start ctwin is:

Error Starting Program
CT.EXE is linked to missing export
KERNEL32.DLL:GetDiskFreeSpaceExA

I think that means ctwin is making a call to the operating system that is
not supported? (at least by my old windows 95a)

Any ideas out there?
