[ct-user] 10 Meter Contest (Alaska/Hawaii mult. not given)

In the 10 m contest we were using CT Version 9.45.  We made contacts with
both KL and KH stations, but the program did not give multiplier credit.
Does any one know what we can do to get the program to provide correct
scoring on these contacts?
