[ct-user] Merge ?

You can merge contest logs together, but you can NOT merge a DXpedition log 
and a contest log together.  The band numbering in the DXpedition log is 
different than in a contest log.

I think there is a program cq2dxp or something like that that is supposed 
to fix this, but I am not familiar with the program.
