Is there a template/form to convert txt files into the res format? Also how
does one handle what appears to be a time difference.
I imported by bin file in to LOG-EQF and now need it back in bin format. I
can convert EQF into several kinds of txt files but when 
looking at a recent CT bin to res conversion there is a time offset. If I
can convert the txt file into a res file how can I adjust the 
time?
