Furthermore, the index and table of contents are not all encompassing.
(Most aren't!)
So even if it is in the manual doesn't mean you can easily find it!

I don't advocate software piracy, but I certaintly would not want to limit
questions to the list.

I do not know anyone who has the entire manual memorized.....
