[ct-user] Setting Time

I have a question about setting time on CT9. I set computer time to the
UTC time and date through DOS. I have used the "settime" in CT9 to
confirm, before contests. During contests the correct time and date are
displayed and logged. When I print out logs after a test, logging times
are offset by 1 or sometimes, 2 hours exactly. Usually one hour ahead of
the correct UTC logged time. Is there an offset command I am not aware
of that needs to be set to "0"?
