[ct-user] CT network stn labels

It's a line in multi.cfg which lives in your CT directory.  See an example 
in http://www.contesting.com/ct/files - it should have also been installed 
as part of your program.   Each computer must have the same file installed, 
so every one knows about every other one.  All stations must have unique 
station numbers, of course.
