[ct-user] FD logs

We ran CT v.8 on our VHF station on an old 286 machine. It worked fine,
but when I ran 8to9 to convert it to our other stations v.9 logs for a
merge, it is counting our 6 and 2 meter qso's as 10 and 10N qso's- Any
ideas to fix this?
