[ct-user] Which CT files to ARRL?

I send email to Dan Henderson at HQ asking if logs sent to
contest@arrl.org
would be okay and why we don't see 1999 records of logs submitted on the
ARRL web site.  His robot responded that he is at the Roanoke convention.
Hope he will respond when he gets back.
