[ct-user] computer control of radio using COMTSR2 - OK!

Thanks for all the tips about getting my computer to communicate with
my new radio using COM2.  I only have COM2 on this radio - com1 is used
by the internl modem

Finally, after using the comment that SETUP from the main window lets
you re-setup the configuration, I noticed that altho I had told CT
that the radio was an OMNI VI, and what the speed was, I had forgotten
to tell CT that Radio 1 was on COM 2 (I had used COMTSR2 and neglected
to tell CT).
