[ct-user] CW Keying in 9.46

Hello fellow CT users,

I was going to update my version of CT from 9.27 to 9.46 for the contest
this weekend.  I just swapped the ct.exe files and with v9.46 as soon as I
press an f-key for cw keying, it just keys down a continuous tone, not
sending any CW.  v9.27 works fine.  I'm running on a 386 laptop.  Any
suggestions?
