[ct-user] CT943 Problem

Hi All,
I have discovered this crash problem with 9.42 with my Kenwood TS930SE
also.
All appearances were that it was the comtsr or the actual radio, but
removing the EMM386.exe from my startup fixes the problem. I have
previously had the EMM386.exe cause similar problems with an older
laptop.
