[ct-user] CT <-> Icom crashes

For now, try starting CT with the -NOW switch. I'm still trying to
understand what's happening.

I've run into the same situation with two different IC-775's.  It cropped
up in version 9.42 and is still in 9.43.

Any change to the radio which originates from the program will work,
but unsolicited changes in freq, band, or mode will cause the program to
crash violently.
