[ct-user] CT9.44 beta in ctvault

Just downloaded and tested CT9.44 beta.  Seems to have fixed the problem
with my Icom 765 - a least when in CQWW.  No crashes, as was the case with
9.43.

I booted my Pentium directly into Win98 DOS by holding down the Control key
when starting the machine, and then choosing option 5.  Then I run CT from
the DOS prompt, in my case loading COMTSR1 and COMTSR2 first.  My 765 and my
network (to my PacketCluster Node computer) are both set at 9k6.

I did not try any other contests yet.
