That may be true at your house, but it won't run at mine. Your
'PERFECT' procedure isn't universally perfect.
Can't key CW (either on COMx: or LPTx:) and radio link is flakey.
This was true on an older WIN95 machine, and is still true on a
new fast WIN98 machine.
