[ct-user] Fixing Numbers in CT WPX-SSBlog

Hi everybody !

I have written a simple program that fixes
the serial numbering that was messed up using
CT version 9.48.
It is only a beta-version that i have tried at home
but it perhaps may help you so you don't have to
manually update your logs ;-).
