[ct-user] Problem with IOTA logging

Hi there,
just getting started with CT for use in the 2000 IOTA contest, I notice that
if you log a call with no IOTA reference the information passed over the
network is incorrect, the other station gets the last two digits of the time
as the serial and the serial as the IOTA ref.
Entering a call with an IOTA ref works OK
I'm using version 9.47
