[ct-user] Getting DX spots from Internet / Telnet?

the reason to run telnet on the isp's machine from the shell account is that you
start it from the cluster chat window in ct and then the spots come in just like
from a tnc and can be sorted and used directly by the program.  doing it from
the windows telnet program lets you watch them, but won't check them against
your log or let you grab them for radio controlled point and shoot.  if you have
a separate machine on the internet running windows you can download my
wintelnetx program and use that to connect to the internet clusters and feed the
spots out to ct or any other logging program via a serial port or local ethernet
network.
