[ct-user] Problem Keying from LPT1 Using W1WEF Interface

I have also been using the standard transistor keying from both the Com 1
port and LPT 1 port for all versions for the last 4 years.  We used it on 8
stations for 4 weeks at XZ0A using CT 9.47 beta, with no problems at all.
