[ct-user] No Problem With 5 Character HQ Abbreviations

Just for the record, I used CT 9.50.001 and DOS 6.22 on a Pentium computer 
interfaced to a Kenwood 440SAT and CT did not place any garbage in the 
exchange field on the 5 character IARU HQ abbreviation.  The files created 
by WRITELOG are clean as well.

I checked last years file generated with 9.?? and it was clean as well on 
the same computer configuration.

Seems our "mileage may vary".
