[ct-user] CT Section files updated 9 June 2000 - added West-Central Florida (WCF)

Hi Jim,

I think there is a problem with adding WCF!!
That brings the total number of sections in W4 land to 10.  One to many
for the
section window to hold !!  "WCF" does not show in the window!!
I guess you could have Ken make the window bigger or you could ad WCF
to the last column which is not as long!!
