[ct-user] Cabrillo formatted text creation problem

[H.Tsutsumi JH8KYU]

I found that WRITELOG command of CT V9.48 doesn't work with 
a portable callsign.

I tried to execute WRITELOG a lot of times, but I couldn't 
success creating a Cabrillo formatted text file.
Today, I tried to change my callsign from JH8KYU/1 to JH8KYU, 
then JH8KYU.txt could be created without any problem.

If anyone has the same trouble, please remove the portable 
portion of the callsign and try WRITELOG again.
