[ct-user] WPX Program

I don't normally run CT in a DOS window.  I was trying to replicate the
described problem, and the only time I got the dump with WPX was in a DOS
window.  By rebooting into DOS, as I normally do, 9.48 WPX runs fine
including rig control, etc.
