[ct-user] CT to ADIF Conversion 3.06 released (fixed SAT QSOs)

I have uploaded an updated CT to ADIF conversion utility to the CT web site:

	www.k1ea.com Support Files -> CT Utilities

This fixes a problem with ignoring SAT QSOs in FD and DXpedition 
mode.  Thanks to the Paul W8AEF for pointing out the problem.

The utility can NOT export SAT QSOs because there isn't enough information 
in the data fields between CT and ADIF to do it correctly. The number of 
SAT QSOs that are ignored is reported when the program is run.
