[ct-user] SECTION WINDOW

I'm using version 9.50 with the latest sec.dat file from the CT website.
When I bring the program up, none of the sections appear in the section
window.  Anyone else seeing this?  I have just signed onto the reflector in
the event this subject has been covered.
