[ct-user] B2R9 bug warning

We have just discovered that our SS M/S .BIN file created with CT 9.53
cannot be edited using B2R9.  When the file is converted to a .RES file and
back, even with no changes, all the serial numbers are changed to "1".  This
could be related to the problem we reported two weeks ago that prevented
serial number incrementing in the M/S mode using ver 9.46.  That problem was
corrected in ver. 9.53. (thanks)
