[ct-user] New CT user - doesn't work with FT-1000D

Bob,

Thanks for this idea.  After trying it, CT was able to provide control to 
the radio but Status Update data was not coming back to CT from the 
radio.  CT could control the band selection on the FT1000 but always set it 
to the bottom of the band.  Whatever was coming back from the radio was 
wrong enough for it to be interpreted as "out of band" so you couldn't 
enter a QSO.

What finally fixed the problem was ---  reset the radio by holding down the 
SUB and ENT keys when turning on the unit.  As soon as I did this, the 
problem seemed to be fixed.
