[ct-user] CTWIN - CW port error

Messing around with CTWIN 9.53 Beta.  I get a CW Port Error "Error opening 
Driver/Agent".  Presumably I am missing something important like a DLL or 
whatever.  I do have the files from STD.ZIP  in the program directory.

Anyone seen this and fixed it?  Apologies if it's an oldie but I saw nothing 
in the archives.
