Hi Jim:
Go to <http://www.rac.ca/liceinfo.htm>http://www.rac.ca/liceinfo.htm them look
about half way down the first list for
"Canadian Amateur radio call sign prefix Map" and you've got it.
By the way there is a lot of other interesting stuff on the site to look at.
