[ct-user] TS570 HELP

Would appreciate some help getting my TS570 Kenwood working with CT.

I used the first TSR in CT and set it up for the Kenwood TS850, connected
the serial cable connections to my TS570, enabled the computer connections
on the TS570, and the only benefit that I can see is that CT knows which
band I am using on the TS570 automatically. I assume that the frequency is
being recorded accurately in the log, but I have not done a print out yet.

Should I be able to control other TS570 functions (frequency change, etc.)
from my computer? Or is the frequency recording the major benefit.

Does ANYONE KNOW where I can get a cable made up for connecting my computers
parallel port to the TS570 so the F1, F2, F3, and F4 keys will active the
DVP in the TS570??? I have used the small buttons on the TS570 during
previous CQ WW SSB contests from Nevis but it would sure be cool to use the
F keys on the computer to activate the messages.

I do microscopic surgery but I have a heck of a time with those tiny
connectors. Can someone please help me?
