[ct-user] V9.50 bug report - Cal QSO Party

Ver 9.50, 9.40 bug report

When logging a 10m contact under California QSO Party in CT, the band
switches to 20m.  In Field Day the band is stable.  As the CQP is first
weekend in October we may backpeddle to the last stable version (V9.27?).
