[ct-user] wcf not showing in ss section window

One hack that I came up with was to edit the sec.dat file and change VA
from "4" to "3" .This way VA shows up in the 3 column (which is close)
and now WCF shows up at the bottom of the 4 column. You can change it
to display any way you want, but I thought this was the subtlest change
