[ct-user] Icom 735 Problem

It's busted. I just discovered this a few days ago.

BTW, I haven't updated ctvault recently because I am adding "high
quality" SO2R support and have CT somewhat torn apart at the moment.

CT1BOH is my esteemed consultant on this progject.

I can only change mode once when I boot CT 9.63.  Mode change works fine
with alternate CI-V control program.  Frequency and band changes seem to
work OK.  Running DOS 6.22 on a 486.   Is there a bug or cockpit error?
