The problem was specific to 9.68.002.  It would also have been broken with 
9.68.004 but would not with 9.67 or a possible 9.69.  It had to do with the 
CT version number, not the content of the file.

But in general, it's always best to have the latest version, in case there 
is another bug I need to troubleshoot later.
