[ct-user] No Score on SS Summary Ver 9.69

It's the file that many people cut/paste to post their score to the 3830 or 
their local contest club's reflectors.  Pretty useful stuff.  Plus shows 
the average points/QSO in CQWW and other info not in the Cabrillo log.
