Then, your out of luck!  :-)

With NT, Win2K, XP Pro, access to the hardware registers are controlled by
the OS.   Writelog also has the same limitation.

DX4Win has their own driver that allows this to work under XP Pro.  I
suspect that Win-EQF also has their own driver.
