[ct-user] Mapping of PJ7/ND5S and FS/ND5S in CT

[N2TK]

Trying to figure out how to map these calls to get credit for separate
mults.

I tried full call mapping, but the program treats "ND5S" as the defining
part of the call. How did others treat this situation this past weekend?
