[ct-user] WINme and DOS

I just purchased a DELL 866 with WINme for use as the station computer. The
computer is great and works well in all respects. It replaces an NEC P75
running WIN98

The problem:
With WIN98 I would "exit to DOS" or boot to DOS, then start CT. I never had
a problem.
WINme does not have an "exit to DOS" command.  When I try to boot to DOS,
using CTRL or F8, I get a brief DOS screen with a "keyboard error" message
then the machine boots Windows.
I have e-mailed DELL and have not received a response yet.
Has anyone else had this problem???
