[ct-user] DOS and ME Solution

After saying lots of unprintable things about WINMe and DOS a light bulb
went off (this is really amazing considering my physical state after New
Years Eve celebrations)

I created a boot disk on a WIN98 machine, stuck it in the WINMe box and
voila!
My old friend the A:>

I ran CT943 (always stay a few versions behind) everything looks good and
rig control with my OMNI VI+ worked........
At the moment there is only one COMM port on the Me box so I could not check
my TNC or CW.........

Next job is create an AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
