[ct-user] CT 9.56 VHF Question

I loaded 9.56 last night and found that it is mostly all there... but there
are some errors in the "contest category" selection for the VHF contest, and
there is a logging error where WRITELOG writes "SSB" instead of "PH" as
required by the CABRILLO format. Both errors are recoverable but if there
is another update that fixes these problems, please let me know.
