[ct-user] Upgrade problem solved

To paraphrase Pogo...We have met the enemy and he is US!  I did
everything correctly up to the point of copying the new files into the
folder containing the CT files.  I copied them somewhere...I just don't
know where.

When I finally discovered my error (with thanks to Jim Riesert) I copied
them properly and now the program runs with the proper version number
and my radio appears on the list.
