[ct-user] Thanks - Help for a new user

Many thanks for the multiple messages I received in getting started with
CT for FD before my manual had arrived.  With your help I was successful
in using CT and generating log files for submission.  Of the many
pointers one of the best was the URL to the New Hampshire club web site
which covered basic CT and FD operations.
