[ct-user] points per hour

For what it's worth, both of these CT commands and (I think) almost all
others are listed in the "CT Operating Aid" downloadable at
http://www.w0tm.com/w0tmoper.htm
As always, anytime anyone learns of a command missing from this aid, let me
know and I'll add it.

You bet it is Zoli.  Sorry for the dupe, but it looks like this was a
mystery to others too.  Thats what happens when you have a complicated
program like Excel, Word, or CT.
