You are not looking at the Cabrillo file.  You are looking at the old
NH7A.LOG format file.

The Cabrillo file is named NH7A.TXT and looks like this:

START-OF-LOG:  2.0
CREATED-BY:    CT Version 9.65
CALLSIGN:      NH7A

And so on.
