[ct-user] Don't use .cab for cabrillo

I got a number of logs for the CQ 160 with the extension K4XXX.cab.  cab is
a microsoft reserve word and kicks out.   I changed all the .cab
to .cbr and put .cbr into my system to indicate cabrillo.

I have a sniffer that indicates a log is cabrillo and you get a message if
its not cabrillo.    Follow the directions if you want the log count!
