<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>The Ramapo MountainARC purchased a copy of CT (Version 9.59)
at Dayton. The registered call is WA2SNA.

We are having the following problem:

We are setting up laptops for field day and one of the

machines is a 386SX with 2MB memory. We are running a basic

MSDOS 6.22 System. When CT is started, the following message

is printed:

DOS/4GW Professional fatal error (1307): not enough memory.

The mem output is:

Memory Type Total = Used + Free

----------------  -------   -------   -------

Conventional         640K       21K      619K

Upper                139K        1K      138K

Reserved             384K      384K        0K

Extended (XMS)       885K      217K      668K

----------------  -------   -------   -------

Total memory       2,048K      623K    1,425K

Total under 1 MB     779K       22K      757K

Largest executable program size 619K (633,664 bytes)

Largest free upper memory block 123K (125,760 bytes)

MS-DOS is resident in the high memory area.

The autoexec.bat and config.sys files:

autoexec.bat

@ECHO OFF

PROMPT $p$g

PATH C:\DOS

SET TEMP=C:\DOS

config.sys

DEVICE=C:\DOS\HIMEM.SYS

DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS

BUFFERS=15,0

FILES=30

DOS=UMB

LASTDRIVE=E

FCBS=4,0

DEVICEHIGH /L:2,12048 =C:\DOS\SETVER.EXE

DOS=HIGH

SHELL=C:\DOS\COMMAND.COM C:\DOS\  /p

How do I get CT to run on this machine?
