[ct-user] one way kenwodd freq control

Forgot to mention other programs ( N1MM, EQF, Win-EQF) all read the 850s
freq; only CT seems to not read it. I noticed on k1ea.com something about a
"auto information" setting? Is that in the Kenwood menus? I can't locate the
manual....
