1. Maybe one of the ADIF converters requires an extension?

2. Do you have the file in a directory that the converter can find?  IOW, are you running the converter local to the .bin?

Are you sure the file is named with "zeroes" as in two-zero-zero-one or perhaps they are "ohs" as in two-oh-oh-one?
