[ct-user] SO2R woes

The amazing thing was when I purchased two PC's from a vendor for a station
I was building for a client about 10 years ago (wow - 486DX2-66's -
yeow!!!), and specified that I needed 4 com ports with different addresses
and DIFFERENT IRQs so I could use them all at the same time - they couldn't
figure it out. After getting the machines home, and finding out that they
were not as ordered, I took them back, and explained it again - as I was
explained it, the tech kept shaking his head up and down. When I was done
explaining, I asked him if he understood, he would shake his head from side
to side and say "Uh-uh". After about the third time around this endless
loop, I said "Wait a minute - as I explain this to you, you keep shaking
your head up and down indicating yes, but when I ask you if you understand,
you say no - which the f..k is it? Either you do or you don't!" That was
when I ventured in to the brave new world of IRQs for myself. That also
explains why I don't have as much hair and a pronounced flat-spot on my
forehead from banging my head on the table.

Have a nice weekend!

GL - see you in the pile up

Thanks to all who pointed out that I was trying to use the same interupt
to control both radios! Changing the first radio to i4 solved the
problem. Again thanks!
