[ct-user] mail problems and web site moved

if you tried to send me mail since friday morning and i haven't replied it
probably got lost.  my isp tried to 'upgrade' their mail server thursday night
and 'thinks' they finally got it working.

also my web site has moved from www.berkshire.net to www.k1ttt.net, if you have
any old bookmarks or links on your sites please update them.
